ErgZone is an app designed specifically for athletes who use Concept2 indoor equipment such as the Rower, BikeErg, and SkiErg.

ErgZone was developed to streamline athletes' workouts, eliminating the need for manual configuration of the PM5 monitor, calculations for heart rate and interval pace, scrolling through PM5 monitor memory to take photos, and manually inputting information into Concept2 LogBook.

- Suggested pace per interval based on benchmarks, with displayed suggestions for Rower and SkiErg workouts (1k, 2k, 5k) and BikeEg workouts (2k, 4k, 10k)
- Live signals indicating when split time, rpm/spm (repetitions per minute/strokes per minute), or pace deviates from suggested values
- Automatic uploading of results to Concept2 LogBook

- Heart Rate: Ability to store maximum and resting heart rate for live heart rate percentage display

- Beyond PM5 metrics: In addition to meters, time, pace, and heart rate, ErgZone provides real-time stroke count, Drag Factor (DF), calories, watts, SPI, and heart rate zones
Unlock premium features with an ErgZone+ subscription:
- Heart Rate & Power Graph: View all intervals/splits in a single graph containing all HR (heart rate) & Power zones after completing a session
- New Metrics & Remember Preferences: Additional metrics such as Drive Length, Max Power, Average Force, Peak Force, Recovery Ratio, w/kg (watts per kilogram), FTP% (Functional Threshold Power percentage), SPI%, and Force Curve. The app will also remember the metrics used in your last workout for added convenience
- Time Cap & AMRAP: Set a time cap to automatically stop a workout when the time limit is reached. Use AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) for mixed workouts
- Power Intensity, FTP, or SPI: Customize workout intensity using percentage targets based on power (watts) for greater flexibility across different fitness levels. Alternatively, set targets using FTP (Functional Threshold Power) or SPI (Stroke Power Index)
- ReRow, ReSKi, ReRide: Redo training sessions based on previous performances and set new goals with ErgZone+
- Create & Join Communities: Establish your own community as the captain, share workouts with friends, celebrate achievements, and enable leaderboards for friendly competition. Alternatively, join existing communities and unlock their content
- Apple Health Integration: Automatically record your workouts in Apple Health to track your activities. Heart rate data is also saved when a heart rate monitor is connected to the PM5 monitor
- Web Admin Dashboard: Manage your workouts and training schedule on a computer with the Admin Dashboard. Additionally, you can view live workouts in the browser and display them on a larger screen
